For a product, order, delivery, cancellation, refund or privacy question, email us or use our Contact page. Include your order number, if available, and a description of the question or problem. Please leave out full payment card numbers, passwords and identification documents.
For Black handheld vacuum orders, where a refund or replacement is owed or approved, no return is required. Do not mail items to the business contact address or an address on the original parcel. We will not require a damaged or defective battery to be shipped. This does not limit any legal cancellation or return right.
