Help us find your order
Include your order number if available, the email address used at checkout and a brief description of what you need.
- Item or delivery problem: Tell us what happened. Photos, if available, can help.
- Changes or cancellations: Email us as soon as possible. We will confirm what can be changed or stopped; a request alone does not confirm a voluntary cancellation.

Please leave out full payment card numbers, passwords and identification documents. We use the details you send to respond to your enquiry.

For Black handheld vacuum orders, where a refund or replacement is owed or approved, we will resolve it without requiring the item to be returned. Please do not send products to the business contact address below.
