Send a cancellation, return or problem request for review. Submitting this form does not automatically cancel an order, approve a return or issue a refund. Your legal rights are unaffected.

Use an email address where you can receive our reply. If it differs from your checkout email, include the checkout email in your reason or details.

Cannot find your order number? You can still send a request. Include the name used at checkout and the approximate order date in your reason or details so we can help locate it.

Explain what you would like us to review. Do not include payment card numbers, passwords or identity documents.

This form does not accept file uploads. If photos would help explain a problem, email them with your order number, if available, to aidanjsark@icloud.com

For Black handheld vacuum orders, where a refund or replacement is owed or approved, no return is required. Do not mail items to the business contact address or an address on the original parcel.
